You need to insert correct single quotes, but *also* replace the x character from the parameter chs=200×200 with a lowercase letter x – then it works 🙂

In all records. If you have implemented this on Contact Object. Then you can see all contact’s records with QR code.

If you render as pdf, it will won’t work, we will get a broken image, Any suggestions…?

I havn’t tired this. First remove the renderas = pdf to check it is working in vf page or not.
